I just started June 24 so I'm mad at myself for guessing on dinner and going 11 points over. So I used 35 instead of 24. I weigh in on Thursday. Should I keep eating 24 rest of week or less to make up for it? Will I gain b/c of
this stupid mistake?
I am assuming you mean the WW points. You are allowed 35 flex points a weel and can also get activity points. Maybe you did not do as bad as you thought. I would start back fresh tomorrow, but make healthy low point choices and get in the activity points.
yes I meant WW points.
I guess that means I used 11 flex points today because other than this I have stuck to the 24 points per day.
I didn't want to use the flex points but I guess this is why they are there.
Ok thanks - I'll keep using 24 points per day and keep doing the treadmill.
