Hello ya'll,
I just turned 44. Until two years ago I seldom had a weight issue and when I did it was usually due to emotional upheaval. For the most part I ate when I was hungry and if my clothes got tight I would just cut back a bit. Now it is a different story so I have decided to go on the South Beach diet to lose 8 lbs and increase my health.
Is there anyone out there who would like to buddy up for this fine adventure? I am 5' 0" and weigh 114 lbs. I know this may sound like a diet for vanity,
but it is not. My body does not feel good at this weight nor is my health or energy as it was before putting on this weight.
Anyone interested just hollar at me.
