Hello Everyone
I am new to this board and I love it. Its full of good useful info. I need to lose 100 pounds . I am so sick of the way I look, I have been working out for over 1 year and am aerobically fit and probably look smaller than I am ,but I cannot budge the pounds. I am trying to give up white flour and white sugar in favor of whole grains and Splenda. I need lots of ideas for meals and snacks because I get real bored real fast.
I am looking forward to getting to know everyone as we pursue our healthful goals
