Just wanted to take the chance to say hello.
I've been putting off coming back here after a short lived stint a year or so ago, but today I accidentally stumbled across the website of a woman who had had the gastric bypass surgery by medical recommendation and saw that her "before" measurements were frighteningly close to my current ones! What a reality check.
So, here I am. I have been exercising almost daily for about a month now, out of necessity; the car broke down and I hate staying home

so I'm hoping if nothing else the walking and biking are helping my heart. I'm a single parent and need to stay healthy for my child.
I'm a Vegetarian and have an allergy to wheat gluten but have a horrible time avoiding bread. When I am able to avoid it I see immediate weight drops so I am going to try desperately to stop craving breads...High weight 223.
