I don't know why I keep doing this.
Today I ate a FOOTLONG Subway and 2 peices of pizza!
I did sooooo good like ugh
i have been going to the gym everyday, and it is becoming so much fun. The cardio isn't but the working out really is............
So tomorrow is my official restart day, this time no screwing around. Now that I have an actual diet down to a T and I can follow it. The reason I ate this food was because 1 I was with friends 2 I was really hungry 3 I had no food and the grocery stores were closed.
NO excuses but, It makes myself feel better with excuses... so tomorrow is my re-start day.!
4 months with no change is my mini-goal.
