I just bought the book and plan on buying groceries tomorrow so I can start the diet the following day. I'm a little confused about the egg substitutes. I read in the book that real eggs are ok, so why do many of the recipes require egg substitutes? I've never purchased them before so I have no idea what I'm looking for. I'm not a breakfast person at all (I've never even had an omlette) so this is going to be an adventure for me.
Also, is Kraft Free Ranch dressing okay? It only has two or three carbs and grams of sugar. Thanks in advance for the help!Lisa
