Tomorrow I start the ramp it up dvd instead of the starting it up one......
Monday: 20 min on elliptical. I was going to do this twice, but after work I got caught up in groceries and hubby's softball game and making enchiladas which took a while and by the time I was done, I was done! But, still, I should have done it. =(
