Yes, you heard right. It's been about eight months, but I'm ready to try again.
All support and advice graciously accepted.
I'm going to have to dig my book out...
Maybe I'll make a batch of those hidious spinach egg muffins...

I started it last summer, Pika.
Did really well... lost about 15 pounds. Then Thanksgiving hit. Then Christmas. It was all downhill after that.

ellis, I'm back on the beach after being carried away by those nasty riptides just around the point...you know, where the chocolate rocks are...I crashed into every one of them! I started yesterday, and I just don't know if I can get past these first two weeks. It would help if I shopped for groceries, probably. Let's do this together and see who goes completely insane first!
Little Chick, nice to see an E-coaster on the beach! I'm a Cape Bretoner living in economic exile.

Ellis, Wildfire, and Little Chick, you will all do great! I am on my last day of Phase 1, and it is worth it! Mind you, this is after six years (or more) of eating anything I wanted, anytime I wanted. Phase 1 was HARD! But so worth it. Truly! Just keep making things you like and look for neat recipes! I am making a Cooking Light one tonight (actually, DH is making it....what a doll!) with lentils. Will let you know how it turns out!
Go, chicks, go!
