Veggie, if you are addicted to babybels have you tried the new dairylea cheese. They are blue triangles. My kids lovethem. Not sure on the syn value as I haven't been able to get on the website this week as I didn't go to the meeting this week (bank holiday). They are buy one get one free in iceland at the moment.

I feel like I've replaced my crisp addiction with babybels now it's quite sad. I bought cheese strings one day to 'try' then I just ate the whole packet

Lightbulb Cheese triangles

Hey
Sainsburys do cheese triangles which are about 40 calories, on a cracker bread that's only 60 calories and they are fairly big. My housemates who are not on diets eat them too. Also there are dairylee light which seem to be about the same number of calories about 32 if I have remembered right, bit smaller, I think not quite as good but the men can't tell the difference.

veggie than you THANK YOU [b]THANK YOU]/b]

You just reminded me of the journal section here!

I guess I should get back onto it and start keeping my food and exercise journal again. Perhaps that will help me bump start my weight loss again - I can't stand this maintain thing I got going on this past month!

I like my little 'Exercise Girl' book (as mentioned elsewhere). I'll use it to tunmy journal here and wait for the feedback!

Kisses and thanksxxxxx

I write all my food and drink down no matter how bad and add all my syns up to see what the weekly average was, it's getting higher by the week as I'm a bit bored of free food.
