1. I want to be healthier (BMI in healthy range would be good)

2. I want to be fitter (already can walk better yay)

3. I would like to shop someone else than evans and similar (I will have no idea where to go )

4. I am sick and tired of being ashamed of my weight (Being the fattest one grr)

do you know veggie your goals and mine are exactly the same and i also have no idea where to go for clothes but im sure my three very skinny sisters will point me in the right direction and you can tag along

Reason 5. I also want to go swimming I know I could go now but see reason 4.

you should come to my local leisure centre they have a womens night on a monday night and ill tell you the strangest thing i saw there was a group of women swimming with there veils on because there was a male lifeguard they only took them off when they swapped him for a female and i thought i was big {well i am big }but some there putme to shame and nobody turns a hair

Both of the above have not been possible since the year I ate cherries and strawberries for 3 months to look good in my wedding dress - 15 years ago!

ha ha i like that one but ive never stopped trying so i cant use that one
1. i want to be pain free-ish
2. i want to be able to keep up with my family
3.i want to be able to dance all night
4. i want to be as confident as i was when i was thinner
5.i dont want to be embaressed every time i go somewhere new
6.i want to be able to go into a shop withiut thinking that everybody is staring at me
7. i just want to be me again

new thought for today i want to be able to catch my kids when they get on the top bunk to avoid a clip roung the lug and i would like to be able to catch my dog when she decieds that the fox is for lunch

My list of reasons are endless but the main ones are

1. I too want to be able to climb the top bunk to give the kids a clip round the ear without collapsing the whole bed, lol.

2. I don't want to die early and leave my kids without there mum.

3. I want to be one hot sexy chick, I don't think i have ever felt like that in my life

4. I want to discover what the real me is, she has been hidden away all my life and i think its time she took over.

5. FUN, FUN, FUN, there is so much i want to do and i can't because i'm so embarrased about the way i look,
