Question Prunes?
Does anyone know if SBD allows prunes on Phase II? When I tried to search for the glycemic index for prunes, I got very low to high numbers. What's the real story? Thanks!

Prunes are listed as "good" in the Good Fats Good Carbs Guide. A serving is one ounce, pitted.

That's one ounce before cooking, chickpea, I could eat the dried ones like candy but.............
