Hi everyone. I am back for a second try at this diet thing and I need a buddy. I am not on any specific program at the moment. I have found that cutting back on everything has worked the best for me. I usually cheat too much on the other diet plans. I have been looking on the site and have found many low points WW recipes that I am excited to try. I love to cook.

Well, I just joing WW this afternoon. I am trying the online program instead of going to the meeting. A couple of people at my work are doing it too. We will see how it goes. I am trying to lose about fifty pounds. What are your goals? How is the low carb thing going?
Great news about joining WW. Good luck with the program! The low carb thing is o.k., but my first impulse when I am hungry is to go for bread and cereal - I have to retrain my body!
I feel the same way about the carbs. I absolutely love bread. The WW program is going well. I have been staying truthful and logging all my points online. How is your progress?
