I just came off of Atkins. I recomend you pick up a copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution - it explains all the vitamins that you need to be on. Yes - you do have to take quite a few vitamins - but honestly - I was just taking a multivitamin (your supposed to avoid iron) and I was taking calcium and vitamin C.

Are you thinking about switching from South Beach? Also - make sure you take some kind of Fiber - or you may end up "Irregular" in a really bad way.
