hot choc = 3

lunch
salad = 0
lf parmesan = 1
almonds = 1
triscuits = 5

dinner
pasta = 6
sauce = 6

daily total = 24
flex balance = 35

bruchetta (sp?) = 6

daily total = 26
flex balance = 33
