I'm 23, and new here as well. It's been great so far. But don't think you have to find "the perfect plan/solution" today, and certainly don't think you have to find the right solution before you can start. I've been searching for the right plan to follow for years and I haven't found it yet, so now I'm kind of making it up as I go. I'd love to talk to you though. I'm online 3 or 4 times a day, so you can count on me to be here when you need support. Trust me, it helps more than you think.
If you're still if-y about where to start, why not try something small that any diet would recommend? I think every health plan (not just diet) I've heard of encourages you to drink a lot of water. Start small, and try adding just a few glasses of water a day and work up to the recommended 64 oz. Or, start exercising, even just a short walk around the block if you're not very active now. Every little bit counts!
The most important thing is that you've decided to make a change. Stick with it, and stick with us, and we'll all accomplish our goals together!
