
Well ladies, we are into the 5th day. We are winding down but what's that up there in the distance? OMIGOSH! It's a SuperBowl Party full of fried chicken wings, nachos with cheese, chips, sodas, veggie crudites with tons of ranch dressing, etc.
My advice? Start to focus NOW on how to avoid getting sucked into all that stuff. Pack your own snacks, drink plenty of water, find a mantra that helps you to stay focused and repeat it whenever you get tempted to head to the food table. We can do this! Yes, We can do the entire 7 days.
