Hello Fa, I am new to this board as well. I joined a while ago and never really posted! I am not sure I can provide much advice or tips because I just started on WW 3 weeks ago, so I am getting into the swing of things!
I saw that you were in Boston, I am down on the Cape (digging my way out of the mess we got yesterday!)
Hi, I'm new too, although I've had this site bookmarked for over a year and have glanced at it briefly from time to time
I want to lose at least 100 lbs -- after I hit that mark, I'll decide if I want to lose more. I am 5' 10'' with a large frame, currently at 275, goal weight 175. We had a health fair/screening at work yesterday, and I was very sad to find out my blood pressure is getting high; both my mom and my sister take BP meds, and my other sister has diabetes caused by her weight. I am a little nervous about what the results of my blood sugar and cholesterol tests. So, it was a bit scary, but motivating, so I guess that's a good thing.
I think this site is great...very encouraging and motivational. We can do this!!!!!!!

If you all would like to be part of a great group, please visit Time for Serious Fun on the support group forum. I am the moderator of that thread and I welcome you there heartily. I believe you need to make weight loss as fun as possible and so we have a daily topic, a current challenge going on and I give out points each day for your previous day for water, staying on your selected program and exercise. Please peek in and see if it would be somewhere you would feel comfortable. I know everyone would love to have you all!
