Angry Day 3 -The Great Tiki 7 Day Clean Eats Challenge!

Had a super squeeeeeky clean day... YAY!!
--oatmeal and CC
--strawberries and CC
--chicken with brussel sprouts

I'll probably have another meal in this evening, I really don't think this is enough food....PP or something simple and light...

Next?!

I did good today too, and ate a variety, including lots of veggies. So my carb count came out on the high side, but still low on the fat end.

Real tired again, so I'm hitting the hay early.

Food, water and workouts 100% on the mark, but I'm craving stuff. Time to brush and floss, and head to bed. That's a safe environment.

OMIGOSH! I was STARVING all afternoon yesterday. I had sliced turkey and salad at lunch. An hour later the machine was growling so I ate my CC. Still growling so I ate my carrots. Didn't put a dent in it. So I drank 3 glasses of water to get that "full feeling." I hit the door at home and made a banana smoothie to hold me til after cardio. Did 45 minutes of that then had grilled chicken and broccoli w/ FFcheese.

Stayed clean the whole day but it was a struggle! The vending machine kept callin me. I have a shannycake added to my lunch today to prevent a repeat of yesterday's tummy troubles.
