Nighty-night, Dip Good day here and a great back workout and cardio. Time to set up the coffee for the morning and take my book to bed (where I'll read all of five pages and then z-z-z-z-z-z- )
OMIGOSH! I was STARVING all afternoon yesterday. I had sliced turkey and salad at lunch. An hour later the machine was growling so I ate my CC. Still growling so I ate my carrots. Didn't put a dent in it. So I drank 3 glasses of water to get that "full feeling." I hit the door at home and made a banana smoothie to hold me til after cardio. Did 45 minutes of that then had grilled chicken and broccoli w/ FFcheese.
Stayed clean the whole day but it was a struggle! The vending machine kept callin me. I have a shannycake added to my lunch today to prevent a repeat of yesterday's tummy troubles.
