Good Morning Ladies... Could use a little more sleep but had to get up to boil the eggs..

B- 2 hard boiled eggs
S- String cheese
L- grilled chicken breast
S- salami and LF chedder cheese rolls
D- ???????

B: 1/2 cup fiber one with some milk, yerba mate' tea

S: None

L: dinner leftover from last night (roasted chicken dunked in lc ranch and roasted veggies)
lf/ls yogurt

S: 2 turkey roll ups and a eskimo slender bar

D: Subway, 6" on whole wheat alot of veggies on it. baked lays and diet soda

T: have not decided might not have one
