Default Tomato Soup Question

Hi,I also posted about the Actll popcorn, but I have a question on figuring out the points in a whole can of Tomato Soup the Cambells kind.I know water has no points, but the can reads that 1/2 cup condensed soup is 90 cals 0 fats and 1 fiber.Servings in the whole can is about 2.5 Now My Complete Food Companion says that 1 cup of Tomato Soup is 1 point does that mean 1 cup filled with just the contents in the can?or is that 1 cup mixed with water?I just dont get this soup deal.I dont like to open a whole can of soup and end up wasting it,So would that be 4 points for the whole can?Can someone please explain the soup to Me.I guess what Im saying is does the Nutrition on the back of the can include water or no??
