Good morning, recruits!

I hope you are all ready for the next topic in our play book: Exercise!
Love it or hate it, we just gotta do it to get, and stay, healthy! Do you think exercise is something people are born liking? Or can you change your attitude about exercise even as an adult?
Do you know if you are getting enough exercise? The right kinds? Does the topic just confuse and bewilder you?
What do you want to know about exercise? Nuts and bolts stuff like how much, what kind, when? Or the not so simple stuff like motivation, ways to enjoy it, etc?
Speak up and let me know what your thoughts on exercise are!

I'll try and cover some of those areas over the next couple days.
Group Activity for week of 10/5-2369.5! We did it again...we met our goal of 2300! Since we are concentrating on exercise this week I think we should up the ante a bit...how about a goal of 2500 minutes? I KNOW we can do it if we put our minds, and bodies, to it!
Lizzie, I'm not sure when I'll be able to really chew again. My bite is supposed to improve so that my molars meet each other, but that isn't going to happen very quickly. Next time I go in I think they are going to put in those cute little rubberbands that connect the top and bottom! Can't wait for that!

I can chew soft foods, but not anything that requires any molar action, like meat or fresh veggies. My kingdom for a salad! It will probably be this way for a while, so I had might as well just accept it. On the bright side, I don't sound like Elmer Fudd at all anymore!
I hope you all have a great day...try and work in some extra activity or exercise...it might help with the weekend lack of structure problem, too!
