Good evening troops!

Sarge has been on a short furlough due to technical problems and a surprise visit from DD!
Group Activity for Week of 10/5-2134.5 We are only a couple hundred off our goal for this week, and I KNOW there are some minutes out there that haven't been posted!
No new topic today, just a wrap up from this past week and getting geared up for next.
I hope you found some of the information and links I posted helpful. Searching for good information keeps me in the loop and somehow more accountable!
I had a terrible night foodwise at work last night. It started with my DH ordering Chinese food. I figured I could get something relatively healthy and just cut it up really small to eat it. I admit it, I am getting desperate for real food! But alas, it was not to be. I couldn't chew the veggies and almost choked on them. So I was frustrated to tears!

I just wanted to be able to put food in my mouth without worrying about whether I could chew it! Arghhh!
DH offered to go and get something else for me, but at that point I was just too upset. I ended up taking left over tuna salad in a red pepper shell (and I couldn't even eat that part!) and some hot and sour soup. So I was frustrated and hungry. Not a good combo. So I had a bit of a binge. M&Ms, a bagel, then a cinnamon roll!

That is more sugar and carbs than I have had in ages! I feel rotten about it now, but at the time it seemed to help. I guess I needed to feel sorry for myself!
This week I think I would like to focus on exercise. Any thoughts on the subject? Or perferred topics? Just holler!
