Exclamation my mission.

my mission is to get down to below 204lb asap. current weight is 230ish. body fat is around 22% give or take a few tenths. i'm 6'0. i have a fairly active lifestyle im' training to be a thai boxer. and hoping to enter the ring for my first contest by mid next year. so thats bout 8 or so months. i don't wanna enter the ring as a heavy weight hence the need to drop below 203lb. cos i'm only 6'0 most heavy weights are around the 6'3 and above mark. and i only got stumpy legs can get my shin up level with my head not quite high enough though. i'm targeting the turn of the new year to hit my weight target hey its only 25lbs right? i swim every morning at 6.30 up to 50 lengths at the moment. and in the late afternoon i train for about 45mins cardio running/rowing/cycling then about 45mins weights all over body regieme 3 sets of 12-15 reps for each major muscle group not worrying about isolation stuff yet. rather lose the fat than have nicely shaped biceps

Maybe less concentration on the actually weight and more how you feel. If that was 25 lbs of muscle, you could be bringing the 6'3 guys down. WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOO!

thats true but the old saying the bigger they are the harder they fall is infact a lie. the bigger they are the harder they hit you this i learnt the hard way

Don't ever sell yourself short. When I was in 9th grade and weighed 103 lbs at 5'8 this ~200 lb., 5'9 monster wanted to kick my booty. Well they had to drag me off her (she kept pulling my hair, the proximity was great for me as I kept punching her in the face) Probably not a great example, but hey! LOL!
