...and haven't lost a friggin thing! But, I love this way of eating so I'm not too bothered. I'm 25, female, 5'6", 140. Trying to lose at ten pounds, and get back to where I was before I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowl Syndrome and put on a high carb diet (breads --NOT whole wheat, rice, potatos, etc.). Ugh!
Anyway, wanted to share my new food find. Dip a sugar-free fudgecicle into 1t of p-nut butter for a chocolatey, p-nut buttery taste. Satisfies all choco cravings!
Hey Joolz. I am new as well. Weight loss will probably go a little slow for you since you have so little to lose. Welcome! I am on day 5 and have lost 3#s, but I have a ton to lose.

I haven't started yet - I'm waiting for the book to be delivered - it's sold out everywhere! I'm 26, 5'6" and 135. I also want to lose just 10. I'm a total carb-a-holic, but I have an allergy to yeast, which causes extreme bloating if I eat bread or sugars.
Think this diet will work for me? Any word of advice after 7 days?
