Default 5lbs by the end of January 2025

First mini goal of the year is to be 5lbs down on 2/1. First 5 should be somewhat easy. Most of it will probably be water weight. Here is to consistency!!

Hello everyone!

5 lbs sounds good!

I am not sure if I can do that but I think I will take the same goal!

Also - my other goal is to start going to gym 3 times a week. I did 2 times a week during December, for 1 month, and I want to give myself a medal for it! LOL

Can we all stay on 2-3 topics here? I have a feeling that there are not many of us here...keep up updating...

How do you think you will get to that 5lbs mark? Can we discuss on that? I dont think anyone would be bothered with our conversing here?

Hello! Im just working on not over eating. Staying away from sugary foods. Weekends are my weak point. Im home and have a bad habit of grazing.

Gym 3x a week is a great goal for January. you already are at 2x. Just make that small change this month.

Thank you! I was at work today after sort holidays and now I dont whant to go to gym at all! LOL
I feel you. I also overeat on weekend when I dont work, especially on Sunday! That is the reason why I have started to find something to do on weekend. If I am idle I will eat. Try to think like that - what you can do next weekend or in the evening or when is it critical for you!

I love sweets and the best advice I god is - dont have them at home!

I am so happy that holidays are over because I ate a ton of cookies, sweets and stuff. A ton!
I will rest for today and maybe go to the gym tomorrow :-)

Can we stay here to chat? :-) Tell me more about you! I am 50 and 200 pounds. Blah.

I did not know what grazing mean as I am not English native and i have found some funny explains like cows eating on the big meadow. I guess it means that you overeat

O this could be so fun!

Sorry!! Craziness this week. My eating was so off since i was busy at work. The past 2 days my weight jumped back up. No clue why but this morning I was pleased to be back down and I am at 163.2. Cross fingers for a good end to the week.

aha yea i always over ate. My grazing would be either me just picking or if my kids didn't finish their snacks. It's bad. I need to learn self control again.

Good luck with weight loss. I'm also losing weight now and I'm not really succeeding. I think it's because of lack of sleep. The only thing that can help me with this is to contact CanadianWritings https://canadianwritings.com/ so that I don't have to write essays and physics assignments myself. Then I'll finally start getting enough sleep and I'll be happy and maybe thin
