5lbs by the end of January 2025
First mini goal of the year is to be 5lbs down on 2/1. First 5 should be somewhat easy. Most of it will probably be water weight. Here is to consistency!!

5 lbs sounds good! I am not sure if I can do that but I think I will take the same goal! Also - my other goal is to start going to gym 3 times a week. I did 2 times a week during December, for 1 month, and I want to give myself a medal for it! LOL Can we all stay on 2-3 topics here? Thank you! I was at work today after sort holidays and now I dont whant to go to gym at all! LOL I feel you. I also overeat on weekend when I dont work, especially on Sunday! That is the reason why I have started to find something to do on weekend. If I am idle I will eat. Try to think like that - what you can do next weekend or in the evening or when is it critical for you! I love sweets and the best advice I god is - dont have them at home! I am so happy that holidays are over because I ate a ton of cookies, sweets and stuff. A ton! I will rest for today and maybe go to the gym tomorrow :-) Can we stay here to chat? :-) Tell me more about you! I am 50 and 200 pounds. Blah. |
I did not know what grazing mean as I am not English native and i have found some funny explains like cows eating on the big meadow. I guess it means that you overeat :D

Good luck with weight loss. I'm also losing weight now and I'm not really succeeding. I think it's because of lack of sleep. The only thing that can help me with this is to contact CanadianWritings https://canadianwritings.com/ so that I don't have to write essays and physics assignments myself. Then I'll finally start getting enough sleep and I'll be happy and maybe thin
