Super tired today. I didn’t sleep well last night, went to bed late, and woke too early. Felt low energy all morning and by the time I’d had breakfast and got some protein in me pre workout, I didn’t feel much better. Consistency is key though and I did my workout and did glutes today. Really struggled at the end, but felt satisfied to check it off. Tomorrow is a rest day so I can relax then. Woke up hungry too so made sure to bump the carbs and calories up a little today. Weight went back down from yesterday meanIng I can still be on track for a Christmas weight under 50 🙏🏻
