Default I need support

Hello im Charlee and I'm new to the site. I wanna say thanks for the support that I've seen on here b4 i became a member. I was a lawl member until the company ran into some type of trouble and went out of business. I had a wonderful counselor and had lost 40 lbs. After they left i was lost and gained all and more of the weight back. Im now 5ft 2 and 250lbs my heaviest weight ever and i need help. I started on the blue plan and switched to the purple plan because i didn't feel i was getting enough food or it may be reversed. Anyhoo my schedule is all over the place because im a bus driver and work at nights with very little break time between the time im driving i don't work out because of bad knees which I believe is a result of the weight I'm just in a bad spot and need guidance and support i need to loose at least 100 lbs.

Charlee3

There have been a bunch of folks abandoned by lawl. Hope you get the support you need from here to continue on your path.

Persevere, I am also an overweight shorty and my mom lost about 30 pounds in a few months following the Purple Plan! I get pain in my feet and sometimes in my knees though not too much, but I also don't exercise mostly because it's hard enough just to stick to any diet, I am on a 1200 calorie journey (only on day four today but three days in a row of perfect on plan eating is like a miracle for me). I couldn't deal with Weight Watchers because I'm a control freak when I'm not binging and had to know exactly how many calories I was getting. It must be tough to get yourself to cook healthy meals though with your schedule.

I am sure you will succeed, good luck. For me, an important element in losing weight is to follow a healthy diet. I love to cook, especially pizza, pasta and various pastries, and at first it was hard to give up this food. But now I have a lot of cool, nutritious recipes that I can cook faster and better with the help of high-quality equipment HexClad reviews. So I hope that everything works out on your journey.
