for the third straight day, i'm really struggling to hit even 64 oz of water!!! and i know why... since my knee injury, i just haven't been as active and i'm not as thirsty, and i'm not paying attention..
please, ladies.. could ya'll try some GENTLE butt kicking??? please??? i'm sitting here with a big cup of iced tea... and it hasn't been going down.
not nauseous. nothing's wrong. i'm just not drinking!!!

Got to the health food store and get you some bottles of unsweetened cranberry juice...mix it half and half with water and add your favorite sweetener...not only will you get your water in, but it cleans out your kidneys and it's also good for blasting fat!
I buy RW KNUDSEN JUST CRANBERRY..it's 100% cranberry and the sugar that is listed is natural from the berry...won't hurt you at all! It's very bitter by itself, thus the mixing with water...
I'm working on a bottle as we speak...I use a 3 quart container and empty the cranberry and then fill the rest with water, but you can adjust to your liking. TRY IT....you won't be sorry!
Jiffy, I am suprised at you not drinking your water. After all of the good talks that yu give to everyone else. So sip sip sip sip and then sip sip sip again. When I don't get my water or protien I think of you so sip sip sip. Grammy
oh the guilt!!!!! thanks grammy... see??? i'm not perfect!!! i don't really know what's gotten into me.. it's been hard to get the water and even the protein in. and the only change has been being sort of out of commission with this knee. my routine is all disrupted and i'm unhappy about it.
no more starting the day with an hour long hike [with 16 oz water] and doing the weights 3-4 days a week. now, it's juggling physical therapy along with everything else. and working longer hours to make up the erratic schedule.
face it., i'm not happy and it's showing.
and bob.. i'm gonna look for that cranberry juice.. it sounds just like the kind of treat i need!!!!
