I used to be vegetarian, and I was eating a high fiber bread while on WW, so all this "No fiber" food has me bound up. I've been using both a fiber tab and a stool softener, and it only helps a little. If I can't get this problem fixed, I'll have to change to another diet plan. <blushing>
Any ideas/suggestions?

Hey.....kidney beans, chick peas and other legumes are on the list for Phase I. Use them! And be absolutely sure to get enough fat in your diet - the right kind - and drink as much water as possible.
