I mean that works to a certain extent, but a diet shouldn't be a punishment. For example, I love Pizza, so every Sunday I get a couple of slices. I only do this if I have eaten healthy the Kodi nox previous week.

Hey everyone,

I am new here, and I am excited to be a part of this community!

My weight gain is making me feel tired and heavy just before the annual fam get-togethers and mega-feasts. I am a **great** believer in both Keto and Paleo, but I find that the only thing that motivates me to get to my best eating plan is a Coffee Diet kickstart hack that is both fast and effective.
