Hi,
I have 200 pounds to lose. Lost 4 so far. I need support to MOVE and not to overeat anything sweet. OFF refined sugar but eat low fat yogurt.

Hi Julie!
congrats 4 pounds is definitely a good start! Im currently down 10 lbs with 90 more to lose! it definitely has not been easy but it feels good to see some weight going down as i stick to my program. Im doing cardio and at a calorie deficit to drop the weight.

Good job on starting to lose!
I loss forty pounds, and it took me a year of discipline. I've also tried a load of products, though only a few worked. You can definitely do it!
