Hi Raspberry - It's so great that you are learning & growing. Night eating can be tricky and it has affected me at different times as well. Some practical things you can do throughout the day:
Don't skip meals. Eat three square meals and one or two healthy snacks per day. One thing to pay attention to with meals is FIBER. Particularly soluble fiber - this can be found in foods like black beans, brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, avocado, broccoli, turnips, etc.
The fiber will help purge fat out of your body as well as curb your appetite. Eat an apple, pear, or other fibrous snack shortly before bed and see how that works. Also remember to drink plenty of water - this will help keep you full and is a very healthy habit.
I hope this helps!
