Default Weight loss mindset and tips for beginners

Hi, I have an idea.
Weight loss is not hard at all, the only thing that’s hard is leaving behind some habits or taking a new form of lifestyle. If weight was to be said hard then leaving behind old habits would be considered impossible. Losing weight can be done quicker if we simply focused on changing one’s daily routine because then we would have changed everything. We should limit the intensity around weight loss at first as it only brings depression and self-doubt to anyone who wants to lose weight. Focusing on one’s daily routine enables one to be able to adjust themselves without any pressure but in this case consistency is very imperative because without it we are hopping around in circles.

Good thinking but some people have ingrained habits that take some time to work on. If it was all "easy" not so many of us would be here.

Have you beat the battle (if any)?

TREEMBBS - this post looks like a "troll" post. Pay it no mind.

Could be a troll post but it all takes piece of mind and the will to keep at it till you reach your goal. my other half struggles everyday and in the morning always looks in the mirror and feels depressed but i have to re-assure her that everything will be fine. i help her everyday in exercises and no matter what always give her confidence to see it to the end. They will be a white light at the end of the tunnel.
