Exercising is important
Hi everyone, i'm a lazy girl who always went on diets without exercising (i still do that sometimes lol) but lately i was on holidays and went on a trip somewhere where we had to walk a lot, like reaaally walk for 2 hours a day or more, i ate everything i wanted and once back home i was afraid to step on a scale but to my surprise i had lost 4 kilos even though i wasn't on a diet, and that's when i knew how important exercising is, it reaaaaally helps.
