I completed Phase 1 about a week ago, and lost 5 pounds.

I'm moving very slowly into Phase 2...actually only adding a fruit or 2 this week. I need to lose 5 or 6 more pounds, and I know they will come off slowly. This is not as important as the fact that I have lost the cravings I used to have for snack foods! It was really getting out of hand before I began SBD!
I'm happy to say that this feeling that I always have to stick junk into my mouth has now dissappeared!

I move very cautiously back to "carbs" because I think this is where my downfall was!
