Hi all!!! New on the beach!

  • Hello,
    My name is Jenn and my husband is Greg. We both are starting the SBD today. I ordered the cookbook....but until it arrives weare sort of winging it.

    I am just hoping that I iwll be able to find some support here. I have NO willpower when it comes to carbs!!!

    Congrats to all who have lost so much weight already!

  • Hi...Monday, May 3rd. will start my third week! I lost 9 lbs. the first week and I will weigh monday.
    Now the question is about Phase 2...a pieace of fruit added a day and starches once or twice a week...is that right?
