Default Intro

Hi guys,

I am an 18 year old who has been fat her entire life. I weigh around 200 pounds and was always large for as long as I could remember. This meant teasing from cousins, snarky and judgemental comments from relatives. pep talks from family, nervous breakdowns when trying to shop and not being able to wear clothes my friends would wear etc. I know the effect this had and has on my life. I am a very self-conscious person, I always doubt myself and never have much confidence. Although I am generally happy, there have been so many moments where I feel so low and it affects other parts of my life such as my studies or personal relationships with friends or family.

I want to take charge, but for me it has been so hard to lose weight. I've had a gym membership and have a treadmill at home etc. However, I find that the one thing I am lacking which will help me reach my goal is emotional support which I hope I can get here.

Kindly give me any kinds of advice or tips for weight loss! My goal is to be happy and healthy (both physically and mentally). My goal is to lose 60 pounds healthily while also learning to actually respect my body and myself.

I'll be looking forward to your replies guys! Thank you!
