My June goal is 900 minutes of intentional exercise.
June1: 35 min outdoor walk AM; 40 min water walk in pool AM, 15 min exercise bike PM
June2: 45 min water walk AM
June3: 40 min outdoor walk AM; 35 min water walk AM
June6: 55 min water walk AM; 20 min Classical Stretch program AM
June7: 65 min water walk AM
June12: 50 min water walk AM; 35 min outdoor bike PM
June13: 50 min water walk and swim AM
June14: 60 min water walk AM
June15: 60 min water walk AM
June16: 30 min water walk AM; 45 min Leslie Sansone dvd

Thanks for the new thread! I hope to have as many if not more active minutes this month since I obliterated my goal last month! I am going to say I want to do 60 minutes of activity a day. Times 7 days a week equals 420 minutes a week for a total of 1680 minutes in the month of June. Good luck everyone!!
