Newbie here
Hello all.
My name is Megan and I'm new to this site, however I've been on and off diets since I was 9. Yet here I am at my highest weight ever 266 :-/. I am hoping to lose 50+pounds and I know I can because 4 years ago I weighted 213 but I had a miscarriage in the middle of my bettering myself journey. After I had a miscarriage my SO cheated on me and moved out so that year crashed down and I've been spiraling weight wise since. I need to do something about it now though because I'm starting to see negative health effects. I can never do this alone so hoping for accountability and comraderey from this.
