One thing that I really miss on this plan is a morning shake. I like to have a protein vitamin type shake in the morning, then a snack later in the morning.
This may be an alternation, but does anyone have any feedback or have they tried using a KetoShake as a meal supplement on SBD? The basic nuts stats follow.

I am melted away 6.5 pounds this week.....yeah!!! I am starting to get more excited, because I am feeling very good, and I am more relaxed, I think as a combo between the ffods that I eating, the hynosis that I am doing and the support that I am getting here.
Looking forward to any feedback on the shake......
