I am new to this board and I am just boarding on to my transformation journey.
A bit about me:
I am a 39 year old father, married with three kids
I have stressful job, so get limited 'free' time
I really enjoy beer and junk food. Consequently I have gained a lot of weight.
Because of my busy life I can’t become a 'gym fanatic' or do hours of cardio maybe... but I am trying to improve both and get good weight loss results
This isn’t my first time, so I hope I will be successful
The journey has only just started for me this time around and I just hope to have some support.
