Hello Sarah! So glad to hear that you've taking the first step forward in your weight loss jurney! What worked for me most was sticking to whole, unproccesed foods and doing cardio as often as i can, even just for 10 minutes. Another thing that completly boosted my metabolism was to wake up early ( 5 a.m. ) lost 20 pounds in a month just doing that ( no joke ) . Also avoid eating carbohidrates at night as your body dosen't really need energy when sitting around the house or going to sleep. I hope this helped you and i wish you only the best!
