  • I need to lose over 50 pounds and am so out of shape but would like to try doing yoga. The thing is, most of the yoga videos are for people that have good flexibility and I am not one of them. I also have piriformis muscle pain every once in a while and hoping that will help that. Does anyone have any ideas of good tapes for overweight women who want to do yoga? It is so depressing watching these exercise videos and it shows just thin, fit people doing the exercises. I would like something REAL.

    Thanks for your help.

  • Plans on how you can lose your weight
    1. Instead of going for regular exercises, try interval training, with sudden bursts of high-intensity exercise alternated with a low-intensity workout.
    2. Surprise your body every now and then—don’t let it fall into a routine.
    3. Use body weights effectively for exercises like burpees and squats, but avoid too many push-ups and pull-ups as they tend to bulk up your upper body.
