Starting a goal oriented week.
Goal 1- from 9p to 9a no food intake
Goal 2- drink 64 oz of water for the day
Goal 3- no donuts,cookies,cake,muffins for a snack
Goal 4- allowable snacks list: plain popcorn,nuts, dates, or fruit
Goal 5- 30 reps with free weights (upper body )
Goal 6 - walk 40 minutes 3 times this week
