2 miles leslie sansone this morning before I left for work. power walked and ran errands before I punched in. will go for another power walk and run an errand in a few minutes.
Happy Labor Day weekend! I hope you can enjoy a long weekend.
My DH is still at the house, but getting ready to leave for the hunt club, so I haven't been able to do my normal routine. I will edit this later if I get a chance to do the Oxycise.
Last night I added on: Tamilee Webb's Total Body Stretch (standing)

Please pray that hurricane Irma goes back out to sea and doesn't impact us or the US.
Check-In: 30 minutes treadmill, KCM's Cardio Pump workout 2 via workout sheet w/10's I also added on 3 standing ab exercises. We also did a full body stretch after the workout.
I mentioned that I have been working out with my friend from church. She told me today that our exercises have helped her with her balance. She used to have to sit down to put on her undergarments (panties) and socks, etc. Now she is more stable and has better balance. This type of stuff is even better than aesthetics, weight loss, etc.
Diana, I will be happy to pray that Irma goes back out to sea. we don't need a second hurricane. I will have breakfast and go for a power walk in a few minutes.
I don't have to work today. Our Pastor's wife is in the hospital so a group of us ladies from church are going to see her. DH and I are cooking on the grill sometime today. The gym has a limited schedule so I'm not sure what type of fitness I will get in. I was hoping to swim but I know that won't happen with the limited hours and needing to get to the hospital.
