2 miles leslie sansone this morning before I left for work. power walked and ran errands after I was dropped off but before I punched in. power walked and ran an errand a few minutes ago. will power walk to dinner in a few minutes.

HI Everyone!

We had a lot going on today. I didn't think I was going to be able to get a workout in. We had a whole house standby generator installed. If we don't use it this time, there will always be a next. We worry about this sort of thing every hurricane season. Anyways, I was just waiting for DH to finish up with something and decided to do a couple of quick workouts w/Jessica. I was glad I got something done.

good morning! had breakfast a few minutes ago. will hang the clothes up outside to dry and will go for a power walk in a few minutes.

power walked to church. after church, I power walked to lunch. after lunch, I power walked home. also ran an errand on the way home. later on this afternoon, I power walked and ran another errand. my fitness goals for today have been attained.

We have rain and gusty winds right now, but it's not too bad.

Since I wasn't on a time schedule this morning, I was able to do a full Oxycise workout.

HI Everyone!

No workout to report. DH took over the TV today so he could keep up with the weather, so I couldn't use a DVD for a workout. We stayed home today. While I cooked DH went to the shop to check on things there. Everything was fine. We have one tree in our front yard and it's leaning toward the driveway, not the house. We have had a lot of rain this month so the ground is already saturated. The combo of wind and saturated ground is making the tree lean. So far today, we have gotten over 6 inches of rain. Our power flickered a couple of times but not long enough for the generator to cut on. The cable was out for about 5-10 minutes at one time. So far, so good for us. I have seen reports of a lot of flooding in the area.

Hello! I am new to this and I am looking for something to help keep me accountable and motivated!! Every month I seem to start some type of new "diet" and workout routine. I stick with it for a week or so then go back to my old habits! I am ready for a lifestyle change!
