Looking for support from this group of wonderful people. I did IP the first time in 2012 with wonderful success. I maintained for a while... fast forward 5 years and 1 baby later, it's time to get things going!

I need help - the threads are so full and I am not quite sure where to start. I guess this first thing I need is a the most up to date plan. Is that posted here? If not that's ok.

I remember you! I'm also back after having a baby- congrats on your little one. I think the most recent protocol is posted in the top thread in the sticky (first thread listed)- you might have to scroll through a page or two though.
