Default Optavia
Are the new optavia products giving you the same results and the original Medifast products? I see the ingredients changed quite a bit. Just wondering if the results were still the same.

Join us on the Medifast Round Two thread. I like some of the Optavia products and find I have the same results.

Thanks for your reply. I asked there but I didn't receive anews answer. Maybe it's my fault. I'm new here so I'm still trying to figure things out.
