I'm new here! I must focus on my health and take better care of myself...part of this includes losing 50 pounds. Well, I have all kinds of reasons why I'm at this point, but I know the only way to move ahead is to take the time to consider what I eat and how much. I thought just walking more would do it, but nope. Not for me. On December 31st, I got on the scale and was quite shocked. No wonder nothing seems to fit
I went to a WW meeting and am trying to get a handle on the system. I think going somewhere once a week to check in will help with my accountability and I also know that there is a lot I can learn about here.
